SN100C sounds like "100% tin with a little Copper" :-) I have some "lead free solder" which is 99+% tin and the balance is copper so odds are that's what you've got too. "Real" people tend to add snippets of arcanery as well. This may be due to the effect on the soldering and/or the marketing.
