If they wanted to depend on it, yes. If they were willing to trust me, and only I was hurt by giving a wrong result, then not necessarily. I don't serve to gain in any normal manner from any particular result - and any gain I might get would not be at the 'expense' of the person I'll be talking to - but a knowledge of the rough range from a certified test would be useful.
