H-Bridge Drivers:
L6203 - use them all the time.
LM18200 - almost indestructable but a bit pricey.

Chopper:
L506 - 2 seperate choppers in one pack
PIC12F675 - use the comparator, internal osc and you have a 1 part (+ sense
resistor) solution.
