I don't think anyone will ever really know.  With the connections to industry
that the mob has, Hoffa is likely just a carbon imperfection in a steel girder
somewhere now, or something similar.

I can't imagine it's too tough to make a body vanish completely when you
have those kind of resources at your disposal.
