For prototypes they offer me tooling for 3-4 panels up to 12" x 14" for US$400. I can stuff as many boards on that size panel and they will route them fo= r free. double sided plated through holes double sided solder mask double sided silkscreen I send gerbers Monday morning and I get boards by Friday. Shipping extra! That is US$0.80 per square inch for prototypes Small production 35 boards that are 11.8"x5.2" cost me US$400.00 (their m= in charge) I order by Monday and I get boards by Friday. That is US$0.19/square inch.
