Yeah it does, It will take 12-16V round plug (standard supply type), polarity doesn't matter as it has a bridge, all I was saying is that you will need to buy one as well to use it, as they don't normally come with it. The ICD2 just uses a wall-wart, which plugs in at the side of the round case. I never have opened mine up, but have always assumed that the wall-wart power just goes to a voltage regulator of some sort inside the case.
