it's me again - I just tried the "push" function - this actually does not push the commands window off screen. When its right edge reaches the right window border, it stops moving any more, and stays on top of the main window. So it is most liekly that you have moved it off-screen manually - or there is still a bug in SXSim.

Instead of deleting the .sim file, you may also open it with an ASCII text editor, like Notepad. Locate the line reading CML= xxxx (where xxxx is any number). Delete this number to make the line read CML= and save the .sim file. When you start SXSim the next time, the commands window should be sitting right of the main window.
