When you quit an SXSim session, the window positions are stored in the .sim file, so _djm's tip is absolutely correct. Delete the .sim file, and SXsim should come up with the windows positioned to their defaults when you launch it the next time.

BTW: For any SXSim-related questions, please feel free to post a message to the "sticky" SXSim thread on top of this forum section instead of starting a new one. This makes it easier for me to follow up, and keeps the forum "clean" from multiple threads adressing the same topic.
