No wonder the MPLAB/ICD2 wasn't working as I expected from the -F675 data
sheet.  Wonder WHY Microchip didn't mention NO DEBUG available, even though
they reference ISSP via two pins.

Looks like 'debug' will all have to be via Simulator; a bit more work at
times.  Which means some of the I/O code will have to be working solid
before I can view real time operations with scope or logic analyzer
(RockyLogic's Ant8).  Fortunately the four I/Os are serial; RS232 and OBDII
VPW.

Such a JOY, w/o DEBUG!!!!!  Tough life.  Guess it wasn't the best choice,
but will stick with it.  This is mainly for learning.  Already learned MORE
than I wanted!

I suppose this thread can be closed, unless anyone else wants to put in
their 2 cents.
