You need an ISA-card, since it can operate in 8-bit mode, which PCI can't. A PCI card will not fit in a ISA-slot and a ISA-card don't fit into a PCI-slot. So if your card goes into a PCI-Slot, then it's a no-go, but to be sure check the specs on the ethernet-chip.
