Thank you Mr Eduardo for your reference link. Actually i had attended to Lumileds - Luxeon seminars two weeks ago. For that reason i have some theoretical information about power ICs for led applications. Also i searched a bit for power supplies and i found some good links for these like power integrations, on-semi and national. But i cant say that my practical side is good. For now, i dont have the proper ic samples fro designing a psu from scratch and it can take a few weeks to get the components. So i have to complete my design with 24V meanwell smps. However i'm strictly on the smps subject because we will need to design various led strips and mixed power-led products (including graphical display boards, dmx512 controlled luminaires, high voltage led dimmers) with different configurations of input-output voltage/current requirement. On The onsemi.com i have found an offline smpss which can accelerate my future design works. What's your comments for this kind of smps types? 2006/2/23, Eduardo Garcia : > > Maybe you can use CI drivers for high intensity leds. > > Look at http://www.national.com/appinfo/power/lighting.html and you can > see > in any application note the information what you need. > > Good Luck, > Eduardo Garcia > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "G=F6khan SEVER" > To: > Sent: Thursday, February 23, 2006 5:45 AM > Subject: [OT] trouble while driving power leds > > > > hi, > > > > i'm new to power-led design area.
