Yes, it's the same "Elliotts"...

"Half racksize"  Not an 803 then, but they did make process control
systems based on the 803.  You may find some information on at the 
"Our Computer Heritage" web site
http://www.ourcomputerheritage.org/wp/ where there are sections on
Elliott machine.
