I'm not sure that's the issue here.  Even un-invoked power pins
with matching names (Vdd, Vcc, Gnd, Vss, etc) should appear on
the board as airwires.  If there aren't any airwires on the
board at all for the power pins, you may have a different problem.
(unless you were unlucky enough to have different power net names
for each chip on your design, and no power net with the same name
anywhere else in your design...)
