Basicly as the topic says, im looking for windows programming software for a 
programmer I have built. LPT based, Low voltage programming. Perferabley one 
that lets me configure what pins it uses, Winpic looked nice but it only 
supports high voltage programming (unless theres a way to hack it to do 
otherwise) and must support the PIC18F4550
