The market unique MMA6280Q measures on the XZ axes, the new MMA7261Q measures on the XYZ axes and the new MMA6270Q measures on the XY axes. The g-select feature on all three sensors allows them to be designed into applications that need sensitivities ranging from 1.5g, 2g, 2.5g, 3.3g, 4g, 6g, 6.7g and 10g. These cost-effective sensors are perfect for designers who are developing dual- and triple-axes applications that could benefit from features that include a low operating current of 500 micro amps, a sleep mode of 3 micro amps, low-voltage operation from 2.2V-3.6V, a low, slim package profile of 6 mm x 6 mm x 1.45 mm QFN, high sensitivity of 800 mV/g @ 1.5 g, fast turn-on time and high-shock survivability.
