I don't think there is such a thing as "typical quality" of produced anything for a country. There maybe could be an average and a standard deviation (if there were a satisfactory scalar measure for quality), but even if there were, in almost all cases the variety of different qualities produced in any country makes a "typical" quality practically inexistent.
