Hi,

            A long time ago, I saw a post that someone sent with a link o a
committee or something like that with PDF's with standards and/or
recommendations on how to repair boards and solder IC's or discrete
components when repairing equipment. 

 

            Does anyone have that link? I can't find it anywhere.
