You may want to look at Microchip document DS70094C with the title
"dsPIC=AE LANGUAGE TOOLS GETTING STARTED".

I just went through the three tutorials and I think it does =

serve the purpose of guiding you through the whole building
and simulation process.

There are quite some other examples which comes with the
student version of C30 v2.0 (C30 v2.01 is just out). I think
they can serve as good tutorials together with the =

documentations. In fact I will go this route with MPLAB/C30
and the simulator SIM30. =


I would like to get a demo board or making a simple demo board =

to see dsPIC in action (blinking a LED, send out hello world message
to the PC, ...). I have dsPIC30F2010 and dsPIC30F4011 samples
with me.

dsPIC is relative new so that there are not many examples
out there on the web. But I feel the situation is getting
better now.
