I think HID is a class of USB device and HID has nothing to do with the speed. There are full speed HID device (like PICKit 2) and low speed HID device (like PICkit 1). I do not know about any high speed HID device and I think it is not necessarily for HID class of USB device. Anyway, there are no hi-speed PICs yet.
