Let me guess... your programmer is one of the DIY Kit 128/149/150/182 types.

In MPLab, after a successful compile, Go to File->Export->OK

Choose a different HEX File name, and use that to load MicroPro

Obviously, if you are not using the above programmer, ignore this reply....
