Did you look at the P18F452.INC file (on my system, located at 
c:\Program Files\Microchip\MPASM Suite\)?  That has all the CONFIG 
options.  Perhaps that might give you a clue.  (I still use the old 
__CONFIG commands myself, so am not familiar with the new options -- but 
starting with the include file would be what I would do).
