This reminds me of a (supposedly true) story. A lawyer bought a box of very expensive cigars. The he had them insured for, among other things, fire damage. He then proceeded to smoke them. You can probably guess where this is going... He had to sue the insurance company to get them to pay, and (as it was told to me) the insurance company did loose the case.
