This means there is no chance of any readback from the target PIC.  In
theory it would work if everything went right, but you wouldn't know if it
didn't until you tried to run the code.  Diagnosing a problem with this
setup could be very frustrating, especially for a newbie for whom this
programmer is supposed to be aimed at.
