ADC reads the post and keeps track of the values of each in some internal register relatively continuously

The SX then:
1) Gets the 8 pot values from the ADC (something like a serial read?) about once every 20ms
2) Does Calculations and logic to generate the output stream
3) outputs the output stream (encoded pulse width modulation frame).

Is this correct?
