CPSEQ Wb,Wn --> Compare Wb-Wn, skip if =
CPSGT Wb,Wn --> Compare Wb-Wn, skip if >
CPSLT Wb,Wn --> Compare Wb-Wn, skip if <
CPSNE Wb,Wn --> Compare Wb-Wn, skip if Not Equal
