Ebay, ebay, ebay. But seriously, where *are* you located? Doesn't make much sense to ship to the other side of the world. Do you have a standard email address from your ISP? If so, you won't have any issues getting samples from Microchip. Besides, it's not like you should really have use for more than a few uCs.
