I would be very worried about cold joints and such as the mixture changed..
You KNOW it's not going to be a eutectic mix again until it's made the full
transition.

Do you NEED to change over?  If so, I'd recycle the existing mix, and start
fresh.  That could actually be pretty interesting, how DO you make sure you
have all the lead out?
