That's 0.084... mm dots. Aint no CRT or LCD that good you can buy. So you are right, it is better if printed for reading, and it is better as pdf for searching (Find->'text'). If you really want it printed you can take the pdf to your digital printer and have it printed and bound for a few $ I think.
