I buy my Wisp628's a sell in Sweden that way (sold 50 during Q3-Q4/05, and 6-7 so far this year). You'll probably get another price per unit then the 1 unit list price on his web page... It's so much easier to build it on a real PCB then on perfboard, and the end result is much nicer too, IMHO.
