Hi John,

I think what you do will definitely a "cool hack!" 

Personally I feel it is not an easy task. Then again any 
programming task other than HelloWorld is not an easy task 
for me. ;-(

I think there are not many hobbyists who are using dsPICs and
you are one of the early adopters. It is very nice that you
are sharing the experience with dsPICs.
