I have requested anything from their website other than the samples so I am not so sure about the literature request from the web. We got the printed version from the FAEs. It is a bit hard to get since they themselves have limited copies. So we needed to share one copy between two of us who are doing PIC development. For some datasheets we do print out the PDF files and do the ring binding.
