Your circuit won't have a beefy 25A power supply. To make the test meaningful you should blow them in a way your circuit could too. I think that means charging up a big cap to a certain voltage then discharging it accross the fuse. You can experiment with different capacitances and voltages. Low ESR caps will be better, which you can get by putting several of them in parallel.
