I can't see this offer anywhere on their website, could you provide some navigation instructions?

The only special offers I see is:

10 free prints when you first upload some pictures
Save up to 20% when you pre-pay for 500 or 1000 prints.
20 free prints when you refer a friend.

That said, the prices seem pretty good anyway.
