I would have thought that something like a DG301 or something of that ilk would be the "bees knees". I believe Analog Devices have newer members of this family with the modern high ESD protection and the like. (pause while digging in messy heap of brochures) This looks like what I was thinking about. ADG88x, ADG85x, and ADG819 look to be possibles. ADG1409 is described as a high voltage multiplexer, sampling now, production available mid 2006. ADG12xx family are +/-15V switches and muxes. Visit http://www.analog.com/iCMOS for more info.
