The "Los Angeles area" is very big with very much to do, all
depending on your particular interests.  Much of it is mainstream
tourist-y stuff: disneyland, knottsberry farms, universal studios,
medieval knights, etc...  I dunno if there's anything of particular
interest to techy types.
