Have you tried any from the variety of Outlook password crackers /
mailbox recovery tools that are available online?  I haven't done it
for a while, but when I last looked, it seemed like there were a whole
bunch of tools out there for recovering/exporting email from Outlook
files (given that Exchange is such a POS and regularly has problems
that spill over to Outlook, there's a bit of a demand for that kind of
thing).
