You CAN have several "power" "direction" pins with different names, such as "AGND", "PGND", "LGND", and so on (and then AGND@2, etc.) Connecting multiple "different" signals to the same copper on the PCB or net on a schematic seems to be one of the "FAQ" issues for Eagle users; various sorts of zero-ohm resistors tend to be used.
