I carefully considered and placed it in "Everything Engineering" as it 
is just that - practical shirt sleeves workaday application of 
knowledge at the coal face. Stuff engineers can rejoice in the beauty 
of even if its not of primary interest.

That's my theory anyway :-).

I'm happy for admins to comment either way as a guide on similar
