I'm making a one-off small USB project (a HID class device). I know I 
can basically choose whatever VID/PID combination since me and maybe a 
few other people who choose to build the same thing are the only ones 
who are going to deal with it. But, is there any specific assigned value 
for these cases, or something that makes more sense than pulling out a 
random number?
