Sure you do.  I think all locations are covered by some field office
someplace.  You're in Canada if I remember right, so this shouldn't be a
problem.  You used to be able to call (800) 437-2767 then 1 and it would
automatically connect you with the correct field office.  As far as I know
that is still working and should work from Canada too, but I haven't tried
it in a while.

It's a good idea to establish contact with your local FAE anayway as they
are gatekeepers for various access into Microchip.
