I thought the problem was just that the burnable mini DVD media didn't exist when Gamecube was released. I also thought that there was a modchip that allowed GameCube games on a regular or mini DVD. Then, I don't have a Gamecube - the last console I bought was a Sega Genesis (well, I bought Bleem! to emulate a Playstation, but that's not really buying a console) - so I can't say for sure. I could swear that one of the guys I worked with previously had backed up a bunch of Game Cube games for Blockbuster, though. He said it was in case their store burned down or something, he could help them out. :) Either way, I never asked him for details. --Danny -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
