I just connected ICD2 to a 16f877 on a blank proto board.
Made a 5 pin header and can program the Pic but not run Debug.
Get errors 0015 and 0038.  So I hooked up the PicDem2+ that came with
the ICD2 and compiled and programmed the Microchip Software.
Same result, can't debug but CAN program?  Even when I add _DEBUG_ON to the 
config word?

Anyone tried the new MPLAB 7.30 with ICD2?
