Just for the record :) I didn't forget about Hungarian, Finnish, the Nordic languages, the Slavic languages and others. That's why I said "pretty much all European languages derived from Latin or similar to German" (meaning that IMO these can stand a bit rearranging). This doesn't say anything about the many other European languages that are not derived from Latin or similar to German.
