If so, then we might be onto something. The first screen shot shows programming HS3 oscillator at 50 MHz, yet the last screen shot shows internal RC oscillator at 4 MHz is being used.

So if you programmed it as per screen 1, and it reads back as per screen 3 then..........

Please repeat and confirm.
