I have put a proposed "Emebedded Free License" at
http://www.voti.nl/efl/. Comments are welcome. It is mainly meant for
libraries for embedded use, that I want to be:
  1) freely useable by anyone to create products, commercial or
otherwise, and
  2) freely accessible for anyone, including any improvements made to it
by other users.
