One thing to remember is to emphasise the good points of
a wide experience base.Too many times graduates are=20
taken on because of high qualifications,
(sorry for the sweeping generalisation!) despite lack=20
of experience;When something non-standard rears=20
it's ugly head they're stuffed.Experience counts for a lot=20
more than qualifications in some instances.I myself got=20
a job on the strength of knowing about a technology
that was obsolete thirty years ago (Dynastart charging systems)
it just so happened that the latest golf buggies adopted the same=20
technique to save weight.I was the only mechanic who had even=20
heard of a Dynastart;this because i was coming from the 'opposite'
direction i.e Motorcycle engineering,not cars.early yamaha bikes used;
yes you've guessed it,Dynastart starter dynamos...emphasise the
POSITIVE.good luck.8^)
