No, you'll need a 6-pin (RJ12) phone cord.  I'm not sure where you
will find one- most phone cords seem to have 2 or sometimes 4
conductors, these days.

I have one that I found which is round, but not individual twisted pair.
I chopped an end off and put on a SIP connector, for breadboarding.
