Believe it or not, I've had good results with standard (relatively) tin-lead solder with Kester 282 or 285 flux (don't remember which). I've got several rolls of the stuff for exactly that purpose. Hit the Kester website and look up both of those flux numbers - one of them will be what you are looking for.
