A domain name is worth anywhere from $11 to $35. If you're not gonna use it, that's all it's worth. Charging any more than that officially makes you a squatter who's making money off of domain names. :) Of course, whether or not it's ethical to ask for more than is ultimately up to you - you're the one who lives with the decision.
