> I want to make a front panel that has a lexan decal with graphics. I > want it over some tactile switches and a 2x16 LCD Not sure what you mean by "lexan decal". Lexan would be too stiff to operate a switch through I've done what the mftrs do - print up a label (decal) and laminate it. Make a cut-out with a scalpel for the LCD before laminating. A tact switch has about a mm travel and laminate is flexible enough. If the LCD needs more protection (it should have it) add a piece of Lexan/acrylic before mounting the label. You'll find that laminating brightens and slightly blurs a print-out. Matte finish looks good in general but may be a little too fuzzy to read the LCD unless it's lit -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
